Reflection is important, it’s the only way to determine whether anything has actually been understood from what has been read. Reflection plays a critical role in the process of learning. It lets us learn more about the way we learn by taking off time to look back and review the way we understood and how we can change our own methods to better ourselves and our capabilities. It allows us to think about the other ways we can go about the same tasks. When we test different theories we get different results/outcomes. These different outcomes will vary in their success rates or proficiencies and only by reflection can we find the best way to succeed/ be more efficient.
I liked how you said “lets us learn more about the way we learn by taking off time to look back and review the way we understood and how we can change our own methods to better ourselves and our capabilities.” Thats exactly how I feel about reflection and I don’t think anyone could have said it better.
